Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable and secure infrastructure alongside our engineering teams.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test and deployment with security gates baked in.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and hardened, reusable modules for sovereign landing zones.
• Operate managed Kubernetes with autoscaling, zero-trust networking and progressive delivery.
• Wire in observability (metrics, logs, traces, SLOs) so every service is measurable from day one.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident response and continuous reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of at least one major cloud and of infrastructure fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and comfort with shell scripting.
• A security-first mindset and awareness of secure configuration and secrets handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication in a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and container orchestration in production.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code (OPA/Gatekeeper) and supply-chain security (SBOM, signing).
• Experience with observability stacks and SLO-based alerting.
• Exposure to EU compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA) is a plus.
• A genuine interest in open-source tooling and continuous learning.

• Support the team in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

• Build cloud-native applications for high availability, resilience and performance.
• Develop and maintain microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
• Design backend components with strong reliability, observability and security in mind.
• Collaborate with frontend and platform teams for seamless, secure integration.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and take part in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and performance issues across distributed environments.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Go, Python, TypeScript or a similar language.
• Proven expertise designing and building scalable cloud applications.
• Solid grasp of server-side architecture, API design and service-oriented development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems and backend patterns.
• Experience with databases, data modeling and performance optimization (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of observability, logging and debugging in production systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, E2E, regression).
• Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing across web and backend platforms.
• Own QA processes, test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria with product and engineering.
• Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback.
• Perform API, performance and load testing as required.
• Collaborate closely with developers to shift quality left and catch issues early.

Requirements

• Solid experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Proficiency with an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience writing automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or similar.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E, regression, exploratory).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured equivalents.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into automated workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and clear communication.

• Build scalable, reusable component-based architectures.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Apply SSR, SSG and rendering strategies appropriately, and ensure code quality via testing and linting.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.

• Experience building responsive, adaptive UI with modern CSS approaches.
• Deep understanding of component-driven development and reusable UI patterns.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
